From there, we move to concept development, presenting you with initial designs for your feedback. We then refine the chosen concept until it's perfect. You will be an active partner throughout this process, as your insights are invaluable.

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our proposals include a specific number of revision rounds (typically 2-3) to ensure you are completely happy with the final design. We will work closely with you to incorporate your feedback during these rounds. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon amount may be subject to an extra fee, which we will discuss with you beforehand.

We understand that ideas can evolve. Our process is designed to prevent this by getting clear direction upfront. However, if a significant change in direction or scope is requested after the initial concepts are presented, it may be considered a scope change and could affect the project timeline and cost. We will always communicate any potential adjustments to you before moving forward.

Upon final payment, the full copyright and intellectual property rights for the final, approved designs are transferred to you, the client. We retain the right to use the work for our own portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise specified.

We handle all the technical details to ensure your files are perfect for their intended use. For print-ready files, we use the industry-standard CMYK color mode, set the resolution to a minimum of 300 DPI for sharp, high-quality printing, and include the proper bleed and crop marks required by commercial printers. For web-optimized files, we use the RGB color mode, save them at a lower resolution (typically 72 DPI) for fast loading times, and provide them in formats like PNG or JPG that are ideal for digital platforms. We perform these crucial checks on every project to guarantee your final files look exactly as they should, whether they are printed or viewed online.

We always aim to meet the timelines and budgets outlined in our initial proposal. We achieve this by establishing a clear scope of work and a detailed project plan from the start. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise. If we anticipate a potential delay due to our own internal processes, we will notify you immediately and provide an updated timeline. If the project's timeline or budget is affected by a change in the original scope—such as new requests, additional deliverables, or a significant change in direction—we will pause the project and provide you with a revised quote and timeline. We will not proceed with any extra work until we have your full approval, ensuring there are no surprises. Our goal is to maintain complete transparency and keep you informed every step of the way.

We'll establish a communication schedule that works for both of us, but typically, you can expect the following: Kick-Off: We'll have a detailed initial consultation to discuss your vision, goals, and project requirements. Milestone Updates: We'll provide updates at each key project milestone, such as after the initial concepts are developed and again after revisions are made. Regular Check-ins: For more complex or longer-term projects, we can schedule regular check-ins (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly) to provide status updates and get your feedback. Our preferred method of communication is email, as it allows us to keep a clear record of all project-related discussions and feedback. However, we're always flexible and can adjust the communication frequency to best suit your needs and comfort level. Our goal is to keep you informed and involved throughout the entire process.

Yes, the source files for all final, approved designs are included in your final delivery package. This gives you full control and flexibility to make future edits or work with other vendors.

Once all revisions are complete and you have given final approval, we will send you the final invoice. Upon receipt of the final payment, we will deliver all the final design files to you via a secure file-sharing link. This marks the official completion of the project.
