booking and cancellation policy

Thank you for choosing to book a consultation with us! Please read our policy below before scheduling your call.


1. Our Consultation Options


We currently offer two distinct booking options:


  • 15-Minute Free Discovery Call: A brief, no-obligation conversation designed to quickly understand your primary business challenges and determine if a full consultation is the right next step for you.
  • Cost: Free
  • Format: Phone, Zoom, or Google Hangouts.
  • 1-Hour Complete Business Consultation: A comprehensive session dedicated to diving deep into your business. The goal of this call is to identify specific challenges, explore opportunities, and put together a clear, actionable path to success for your business.
  • Cost: $175
  • Format: Phone, Zoom, or Google Hangouts.


2. Time and Billing Policy


For the 15-Minute Free Discovery Call

This call is strictly limited to 15 minutes. Should the conversation exceed this time at the client's request or mutual agreement, the additional time will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $175 per hour, calculated in 15-minute increments ($43.75 per increment).


For the 1-Hour Complete Business Consultation

The initial fee of $175 covers a full 60 minutes of consultation.


3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy


We understand that scheduling conflicts arise. Please respect our consultants' time by adhering to the following:


For the 15-Minute Free Discovery Call


  • There is no fee for cancelling or rescheduling this call. We simply request that you notify us as soon as possible.


For the 1-Hour Complete Business Consultation


  • Cancellation Fee: If you need to cancel your 1-Hour Complete Business Consultation, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled meeting time.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $25 cancellation fee. The remaining balance of your payment will be refunded.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
