Upon engaging with Dustin from Legacy Sports Slow Pitch, our primary objective was to thoroughly understand the challenges he faced with their existing online presence. The core issues identified revolved around the inability of Team Managers to effectively create and manage their profiles, teams, and players. Concurrently, players lacked a streamlined registration process that would allow them to be recruited by teams.
Further critical requirements emerged, including the need for a robust system to create and manage events, specifying details such as city and state. Visitors to the website also required a clear, intuitive way to view upcoming events and identify the teams participating in each. These deficiencies significantly hindered the organization's operational efficiency and growth potential, prompting the need for a comprehensive digital solution.

Our strategic approach began with a deep dive into Legacy Sports Slow Pitch's existing operational model to gain a foundational understanding of their workflow. A pivotal first step involved meticulously designing the database architecture. Our goal was to ensure a logical and scalable structure that would not only optimize backend efficiency but also facilitate seamless integration with the frontend, preventing potential connectivity issues between data elements.
Following the architectural phase, we prioritized the development of administrative interfaces. These bespoke dashboards were engineered to provide tailored access for Team Managers, Players, and Super Administrators, with a strong emphasis on granular user-level permissions. This ensured that specific features and data were accessible only to authorized roles. Once the comprehensive user dashboards were complete, our focus shifted to the public-facing frontend. Here, the objective was to create an intuitive and engaging user experience, making it effortless for visitors to navigate, discover activities, and interact with event and team information.
